I had a mechanical problem with my car and had to rent a vehicle for a couple of weeks. The staff at Enterprise was very helpful and professional. I would recommend there services to anyone that needed to rent a vehicle.

The Enterprise front desk staff were very pleasant and the pick up/drop service appreciated. This elevated an otherwise a 1 star experience. This Enterprise is located in a very modest repair shop near downtown Newark (see photo) and offers virtually no vehicle selection, so I had to stay with the Jeep Patriot …

Stay far away. I have rented from enterprise for years, as well as worked for them. Renting cars from enterprise has been terrible since day1.
1) They try to force, use mind games, coerce, down right make you feel bad about whether or not to take their ADDITIONAL insurance.
2) The car are normally dirty
3) check engine light are on in most vehicles. Do not allow them trick you into...

OUTSTANDINGThe folks at this location made this experience very pleasant,customer service was outstanding,rented a great vehicle at a great price.They picked me up at the body shop where my vehicle was being repaired and when it was done i got another ride back to the place.If you need to rent a vehicle this is the place.WELL DONE.
