Be very vigilant with this office as they will add every option to your rental even when you don't request it. They obviously have learned that most of these rentals are made by folks arriving for business so take advantage of the fact that you're usually on a tight schedule and want to get in and get out quickly. I made reservations and arrived on time, but they had zero cars available. All they had were big trucks which ended up being too large and inconvenient for navigating business appointments and parking in downtown ramps. Every ramp had 6' overhead clearance so that full size Tahoe wasn't going in a nearby ramp. It was incredibly inconvenient

What a phenomenal experience my wife and I had renting from this team. Our flight arrived shortly after 11 pm and by the time we made it to the rental counter it was midnight, we were the last people in line. We weren't rushed at all and got our selection of any luxury vehicle we wanted (we reserved a luxury). …

Unless you want a rental car agency that all but RUINS your trip/vacation, take your business elsewhere. Do not rent from Enterprise IND airport location. They had NO CARS when I went to pick up my car on May5. Midnight! And I had a confirmed reservation for a "Premium Elite SUV" .
