I was in a bind because I had just lost the use of my winter work car and I did not have a way of getting to their office to pick it up-I had a ride arranged but the situation changed and I was stranded. I called and explained and they very happily and speedily sent someone over to our house at no extra charge! The agent was very cheerful and courteous, we actually had a very enjoyable conversation along the way.

The rental price and availability was excellent especially considering that I was renting during the holidays. Checking in and out was flawless and fast, I have nothing but...

I have been using Enterprise for years, they have never let me down. I needed a ride to and from the rental place, each way there was no wait. The customer service was phenominal, even the employees not waiting on me. Their expectations of me were to see me happy with the vehicle I rented. Patrick went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will be back to rent again, as usual. Thank you Enterprise.

Terrible experience with this particular branch. They made me wait 3 hours for my car to come in and were extremely rude. They lied about their car inventory and had me waiting around. I would Not go to this branch again. I will stick with Hertz who has never treated me like this. 1 star.

I rent from Enterprise on Highway hunerd often for work. The staff over there is always first class. They move quick for me, but then again I am a simple customer. All my info is on file. The cars...
