I screwed up my reservation by a day. They didn't have the economy car that I wanted but they upgraded me to a mid-size at no additional cost and I was 2 hours late bringing the car back and...

It's the first time I tried renting a car outside of the airport. It costs more but the convenience and friendly service were nice. I liked the car, thoroughly enjoying the radio.
