They could do a better job of keeping up with the service records. This is the second time I've had a car that was not serviced. The first one had to take time out of my day to take the vehicle to Firestone to get the oil changed which took 2 hours. The second vehicle I told them when before I drove off of the lot that the service engine light was on. They said it was fine and half way...
