The car I rented was actually nicer than I expected. I reserved on line and when I arrived to pick it up, the service was quick and friendly. I have rented from them before and the service and cars were always exceptional.

Horrible service from both clute and lake jackson locations we were in a accident and needed a rental we were told false informattion and made to believe we would have to pay a crazy amount of money to retain a rental! Called all day and never got a rental nor any call backs terrible service definately recommend a different rental company
