The worst enterprise. The store manager was so rude and didn't even want to bother to try to help me rent a car. So I left and I went to another enterprise on brookhurst in garden grove and they treated me like a king and helped me to get a car with no attitude

This location's motto should be "we'll leave you stranded". Made a reservation online and spoke with an onsite representative (Natasha, Natalia...whatever) about the pick up service and provided...

The young lady, Natasha was very nice and helpful. However, when I picked up the car she was alone on a Saturday. We checked the vehicle outside and looked at the gas gauge. When I returned to my hotel, we started to pak the vehicle with our lugage in the trunk. It was extream dirty with dirt clay as if someone transported clay from the earth. We tried to claean it however it would not...
