Went here to get our Christmas tree. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a couple different types of fresh trees as well as fake. We opted for the real, prices ranged from 70-80 bucks....

So Wednesday my boyfriend suprised me with a dozen pink roses from here, by the next day 3 roses of 12 were dropped and dead, so he called and spoke to the male associate who made the bouquet and told him what was going on an he proceeded to tell him that I need to take better care of my flowers. Not only is that unprofessional and rude, but I've had many roses, who ever made the boquet took already bloomed roses and just took off the already bloomed petals to make then look like they haven't bloomed, you can clearly tell that's what he did because each closed dead rose has only about 6-8...

Worst ever. Do not recommend it at all.

It was my wife's birthday and they had promised to get the flowers delivered to her but they could not find her at her place of work (when the cell phone was in the order).

The customer service is even worst. They don't have attitude to make the customer happy.

They ruined my day and a special occasion for us.

Will never use them again.
