These guys were great in repairing our Pioneer plasma TV in our home. The office phone was usually busy, but he repairman was great - we’re very satisfied with Engineering Industries and would recommend them to anyone in need of electronics repair services.

Engineering Industries was great when I had to have my Samsung LED TV repaired. They repaired it right at my business quickly and only 1 day after I initially called about the warranty. Anthony and Al were great and I had no problems.

I've dealt with these guys at Engineering Industries since they were over by the parkway in a very small shop. The did not do great work then on my Kenwood and Teac components. I got tired of them, excuses and hard to get in touch with so I fixed the units myself. Now because of a warranty I'm thrust back into their world. Unlike some of these other people I had a great experience with these guys. One review here is complaining that the TV is gone for 4 months because they can't get the part...that isn't their problem. It also isn't their problem if it isn't the TV manufacturer's policy to replace if the part is backorderd. More like its a problem with where you bought it.
