He does go the extra mile to work out the problems. Make sure you read and understand the contract you sign up front so that you know what to expect. His report is much more detailed than the other company.

It took a while ot get an appointment set up, and the engineer had to return once to collect details for drawing up plans. That said, the plans were exactly what I needed to give the contractor to fix the problem.

I actually did not use Engineering Inc to complete my work request due to my time constraints. I was however very impressed with the promptness in having my initial and subsequent phone calls returned by Ben Cox. Ben was very informative and professional.
