Worst Customer Service

I am a business and residential owner who was looking for a company that offered fumigation services.

Yesterday, I spoke to the owner of End O Pest who indicated that she will have her representative out on site around 8-9am to check the sq footage/site map and build an estimate for our company.

Their company representative failed to show up so I gave the owner a call. She informed me that her representatives are out in Surfside so they will not be able to show up to my commercial site. I informed her that we had an appointment and I set aside my allotted schedule so I can meet the reps and help provide any information necessary to build an estimate and work out the logistics. The owner responded that she never set up the appointment and that the reps are busy working on bigger commercial/residential "commodities" as she called it.

I explained to her that I don't feel comfortable as a customer being treated this way regardless of how much monetary value I bring to her company.

The owner cut me off abruptly and said that she is too busy dealing with "bigger commodities" whatever that meant and that I should look elsewhere to handle my account.

I usually do not write bad reviews but I felt so frustrated and dumbfounded by the service provided by End O Pest, I am compelled to write this review for those of you who are looking for a good customer service and professionalism.

I would never work with End O Pest, because their level of customer service shown by the owner lets me know that they will not take ownership of the services they provide.
