They have just moved to Willow Bend Mall in Plano and have an amazing store with so many pianos to see and play and chose from. We shopped all over Texas and New Your City for a fine piano. We believe that this is the best store that we found. We bought a used German made piano from this store and truly love it. The staff is so very knowledgeable also.

Very High End Piano Store!

I wish I could afford the high end pianos that they sell, but my kids are just starting out and couldn't find anything in my price range.

We shopped for a new piano in most of the piano stores in DFW, Houston, and many other cities. We even went to NYC and Florida to play pianos and shop. We chose a German piano from Encore Pianos. They have an amazing selection of many brands of pianos and great prices. We have had the piano for more than a year now and are truly happy customers. We shopped at most of the piano stores in Texas and New York. We were looking for a wonderful grand piano with the touch and sound which were both wonderful. We found most Steinways much too expensive and over rated. We found some of the German and other European grands much better. Our problem is very few stores in Texas even stock such wonderful pianos.
