Encore is the BEST!
We came here before a show at the Cadillac Palace, and it was great! We shared the spinach dip and had a few delicious drinks! The bar tender was excellent, super excited to be working there, which makes it fun to be there. She was great for recommending particular drinks, and so much fun to watch her make the drinks...
You have to try this cocktail. It sounds a little weird but it is amazing. Cilantro, cucumber, lime juice, chili powder and gin (I think). It's so refreshing and interesting.
