The enclave at mountain brook is so ran down until it ridilous. I went to throw trash away and the dumpster was over flowed with trash on a Monday evening. If a person calls with a complaint they never fix it, but if you're late on the rent they will throw you on the streets. This place is a city dump

Don't be fooled by the model apartment. They refuse to give you the keys to walk through yourself even after you've paid deposit and rent. They don't fix ANYTHING!!! Privacy gate stay broke. Pool has not been open this year yet. The property is too big for only one playground. The children have nothing to do. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I got no results from them my next step is...

PLEASE DONOT MOVE HERE,,,,,REPEAT,,,,,,DO NOT MOVE HERE. The apartments have had numerous owners ,which is not a good sign, maintenance sucks ,,,,repeat sucks,, they will only come fix your problem if it is "deemed" a emergency and apparently changing a flourecent light in the kitchen , so needless to say i had to cook in the dark for two days, before had to call and as they say 'clown'.
