I hate having to buy insurance. I found out that I had to pay a tax penalty for not having insurance so I searched for the closest place to get help signing up for Calfornia Coverage. I was directed to this office and I cannot believe that any one would do business with these guys. I was walking towards their front door while a hispanic family was walking out. I could hear that they were upset....

I apologize for this report. I mixed up the agencies and Encircle Insurance is the agency I bought insurance from and they are not racist. I will ask ripoff report to take this report down. My initial report is not correct!
