I have enjoyed working with the staff at the Johnson City branch. Always friendly and helpful. Not happy with the new online banking. Haven't been able to get in since Monday.

I have a car loan through empower and it's the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. Their customer service is terrible and to get a hold of anyone takes hours. It's awful. We bank with remington federal credit union and they are wonderful. I regret not getting the loan through them but we will be switching over.

First off, something most people won't notice of hand.. But take a gooood hard look at the people who have left really good reviews vs the people who are getting screwed... Tell me what you think after you've done some homework. Then I'll tell you all about how they threw me in the toilet simply because I moved out of state.. 3 years of perfect payments with them only to screw me once I leave...

Just joined- getting worried it takes weeks to receive credit cards- I have yet to have a phone conversation with a bank representative- it should never take over 2o minutes on hold to reach a local branch. I would like to make an appointment to speak to a loan officer- going in to this bank is hectic. Wait times are shocking. So- being able to contact ANYONE would be a nice way of dealing with...
