Emporio Armani at Caesar forum is a refreshing contrast to the not so customer service oriented reputation of Las Vegas retailers. Ive had a consistently good and reliable experience there... what you would normally expect at Emporio or Giorgio Armani. The staff is attentive and professional as you'd expect at an exclusive high end retailer. The management seems competent. The styling at Emporio is more hip than Giorgio plus it is actually possible to recover financially after shopping there ;-) In fact after I discovered Emporio a few yrs back, I stopped shopping at Giorgio.
