Honest and Saved Allot of Money

We were having a problem with our water heater. The water heater was running out of hot water really fast. I had another plumbing company come out and they told me that the sticker on the water heater said it was 10 years old and it needed to be replaced, but they could not tell me why I was running out of hot water so fast. I sent them packing and called Empire.
Empire came out under their no charge free second opinion. The first thing they did was drain the water heater and then take out the anode rod on top of the water heater. Once the water heater was drained they stuck in a camera and a light. I was able to look inside the water heater and it was disgusting. It looked like some alien landscape with white and gray calcium mountains in it. The Empire Plumber explained that it was from hard water.
For less than $100 the Empire Plumber power flushed out the water heater and out came a lot of sediment. This was the problem. The water heater works as good as new now and I didn't have to replace it. This plumber review is for a job well done. Thank you Empire for being honest and knowledgeable.
