EMPIRE BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD, SYRACUSE NY INVOLVING MEDICARE / CROSS REFERENCE with EXCELLUS BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD,SYRACUSE,NY INV.MY HUSBAND EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ADMINISTERED BY; BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA.(BCBS of GA).... I am a SURVIVOR OF LABOR LAW DISCRIMINATION RETALIATION & personal permanent injurys to me involving the retaliation. My husband & I were going to law enforcement reporting the ethnic acts of hate threats including property damage, & retaliation persnal injurys to me relating to my NY State Workers Comp.claims (NYS WC) 69709892,OGC# 08-230 traveling with 69711246, JULIE-WARD-SHEEHY,RN (a former friend of mine) worked for Excellus BCBC Syracuse,NY said she reported to the director a physician in the Syracuse area/denied me medical treatment with/Empire BCBS,Syracuse,NY. who were the Medicare MSPRC in my case. I received SSD after WCB69709892 injury in 7/1997., I had Medicare Part-A & Part-B. BCBC of GA.held the policy in the State of GA. BCBS of GA stated it was EXCELLUS BCBS who were responsible for the IN-NETWORK physicians who continued to deny me Primary Care Physician from 9/2005 to 3/2010 I had to go to Emergency Rooms when I got sick with NO follow up care. GE connt.deducting premiums from my husb.pay checks @ his work for the medical for us.Medicare deducted monthly premiums for part-B from my SSD monthly deposits. We were denied ALL LEGAL REPRESENTATION,/COUNSE/DENIED LAW SUIT FILING FOR RECOVERY/INTEREST & DISC.IN THE COURT
