Used their site to request a quote for a trip to Newark Airport a few days later. They never responded, so I called the next day and verbally confirmed for the following morning's 5 AM pickup time. 5AM comes and goes, nothing. I called a few times before I finally got the guy I spoke with previously, thick accent and all, at 5:20. He says there was no reservation - and that's all he says - before hanging up. You'd think we were in the middle of an awkward improv comedy bit. Good thing I called Rutherford Taxi; they had someone over in 12 minutes.
