He was my primary that I needed to see after a bad car wreck. I am experiencing back pain, and dizziness in head. He looked in my eyes ears & nose. Did not listen to my concerns nor thoroughly examine me. He wanted me to get my ER records from other hospital (understandable) and told me I should do PT. He also offered to give me more pain pills, which I didn't want. Very rude, talked over me...
