I have had similar issues with EMFA as Thorsengelder. My Samsung HD-TV was supposedly repaired by these guys on four different occasions - all under warranty. Each incident, they would pick up my TV and would never call back. After a month to a month and a half, I would call them, leave messages, to no avail. I finally went directly to Samsung/Circuit City consumer complaints department...
