I've had a parent at Chenal Heights for over 2 years. Emeritus bought Chenal Heights in Dec 2010. Prior to Emeritus we were happy with the facility. Since Emeritus purchased the facility the nursing staff has been cut, the quality of the meals has decreased considerably, and they have increased the monthly cost to live there.

The staff is very nice and they care about the residents. ...
