They did a steam cleaning process which in turn eliminated each and every stain off my carpets. truly a big fan!!!! the only reason I didn't give them all the stars is because the tech is a little hard to understand and at first we had a little miscommunication. but other than that. the work they customer service. they have it all from professional, experienced techs.. to knowledgeable, well spoken dispatchers. and I can't forget to mention how clean my carpet looks now. it looks flawless. I'm very happy with the work this company did... not only are all the stains out. but somehow they made my carpet look brand new. thanks a lot.

It’s finally clean!!! They came and conquered all the obstacles I had to deal with. And they were stains everywhere. They had the best equipment that got all the stains out.
