I am absolutely disgusted with your Hyde Park location. My disabled mother who can barely walk is in terrible pain from TMJ, which she has a history of. She has been on Gabapentin before for both TMJ and Shingles. She was not asking for a narcotic and if you checked the NY istop program you would see zero history of any abuse. The "Dr.", Jill, who is apparently a nurse practitioner, not a Dr., didn't bother staying in the room long enough to answer any questions, let alone finish a sentence.
