The number listed on this website is wrong, maybe you could start there. (801)990-1860 I have never had a problem with getting things taken care of. You may have to remind them a little but they always get things done. I am a former board member of one of their HOAs and you should realize that Emerelad does not control or run your HOA - they do what the Board Members ask. They are not in control, they are the middle man. I would highly recomend them.

My husband and I have been looking for a new house on and off for several months. Emerald Real Estate has been very helpful in the process. I have called Emeral several times with questions about different houses on the market and different builders in my area. They always answer my questions and give me helpful suggestions. I have very much appreciated Emerald's helpful, friendly way of doing business.

Before you buy your home make sure Emerald doesn't manage the HOA

This company lies all of the time. They say they are more than happy to listen to the community but they could care less. In our community we have an HOA fee of 72.00. This fee would be fine if it actually paid for something of value. HOA are horrible, they don't give you any freedom if you are a home owner. Emerarld Real Estate never calls its customers back. If you think of moving into a townhome or a community that is being ran by Emerald Real Estate then watch out.

This company has no regard for others and their time. I made an appointment with them and when I called to see if they were still coming I was told "I'll be honest with you, I was tired and slept in." Don't plan on ever getting anything from Emerald Real Estate. They are more important than everyone else, so you will just be wasting your time.

Supposedly this is the management company for my HOA. Although I've been calling them several times a day for a few weeks to ask some very basic questions. I have yet to get an answer or even so much as a voicemail. I'm starting to question if the company even really exists. Try the number and prove me wrong.
