Despite being totally unorganized and unprofessional throughout the whole escrow process, this escrow company along with thier owner, Donna Pathe, caused my client $750 in extra penalty fees because it simply took them 3 full days to check thier account and realize my client's wire and the loan funded. Avoid this escrow like the plague.
