Emerald bay has a great surrounding school system and a lake area. Always great about fixing stuff promptly when having a problem. Staff is always nice

I have a loft apartments and it's the perfect size and layout for just me and my pets, rent is decent for being in Charlotte. The residents are nice, and it's surprisingly quiet here. Maintenance is a bit slow, but the people in the office are awesome!!

My family has been living in Emerald Bay Apartments for four years. When we first moved in, it was a quiet, affordable neighborhood. There is a park nearby for the kids, and the lake/waterfront is nice to walk around. The apartments are of decent size, mine had a new fridge and new(?) carpet.
