We decided on embassy suites so that everyone could have a bed. When we undid the sleeper, we found cracker crumbs, a lollipop stick and candy wrappers. That's also the mattress. It was vile. Exactly what you'd expect from Embassy Suites. Clean, if outdated, rooms. Good service. Good breakfast. Happy hour is nice but drinks are really small. Their pillows were also tiny! Smallest I've seen. If I weren't alone, I'd need twice as many. They should add softer towels and a magnifying mirror to the bathroom. Great location - walkable from Palmer Events...

We had a great time in Austin. Hotel was very nice, great accommodations, quiet room, good evening reception, good breakfast. Right next to Town Lake. We would definitely recommend it to anyone whether business or family.

Stayed 2 nights 29th and the 1st of March. The hotel is nice enough you can never go wrong with Embassy. The Shuttle driver and bell staff were outstanding. I wish I could remember his name - he was on duty Most the day on Monday. Breakfast was great all around great stay.
