Help us make it rightI've lived in the Kings Apartments (specific Embassy Apartment) for two years and signed up for my third year. If you are a college kid, these apartments are great. They are a located right next to Missouri State University and downtown Springfield. I work downtown and it is a ten minute walk to get there and 10 minutes to get to campus. Embassy apartments has been a great place for the past two years for me! The wooten company is easy to get ahold of if we have an questions at all and Ozark is a great town to live in. It is quiet, but still close to Springfield if we need to go there. I would definitely recommend checking Embassy out!
We have lived here for 6 years, we love it here. It is close to work, church, grocery store, school, and Lamberts!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We also love the pool, tanning bed, and the workout room:)
When we first moved in it seemed nice, but after living here for a while, it has really went down hill, there is dog poop all over the grass and sidewalks, it is pretty loud because of kids running through the halls and and we can always here our neighbors, fighting, coughing, singing etc. Also they say that they are non smoking, but some apartments and stairways reek like old ash trays, don't...
Don't rent here, they like to keep your deposit even though you were a good tenant and left your apartment immaculate. Calling them won't help either, you can try! But after a year of trying you might as well give up.
