Lovely facility but there was not a refrigerator in the room and no complimentary breakfast. Makes it a very expensive place to sleep.
Great hotel, close to the mall, lots of great restaurants and the staff is super friendly and courteous.
The Waterford hotel produces professional and elegant service. I attended (2) wedding and Reception and one was my daughter. She was very pleased and so was I .
I travel the majority of the year and rarely feel compelled to dote on my accommodations, but this place is delightful. Robert and the rest of the staff you're incredible. You go above and beyond the call of duty. I can't tell you how lovely that is as a road warrior. It's as close to home as it gets. Thank you. Looking forward to seeing you all on my next visit!
