I am having severe vertigo. Dr came in room and I said I was so frustrated with the dizziness and could she help me. SHE LAUGHED.I left that office so upset. Also the recepionist made no eye contact and was very unpleasant. DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!

Very professional staff and doctor. I highly recommend her. She took her time and explained my situation and the treatment plan in language I understood.

Reception team not professional...having private conversations between themselves. The Doctor, not interested in patent BP concern because the room I was in did not have the BP cuff needed. I am having dizzy spells. When sitting my BP was normal but when I stood up it dropped significantly. Dr Silkes did surgery on me several years ago and I have been with her ever since. She is kind of "cold" when it cons to bedside manner, but you can get to her warm side if you work at it.

Came to this Dr with over active sinus and cracking/popping in my ears. Was treated like an old, white haired, senile, wrinkled person with a Medicare #. Once ,she got close enough to look inside my ears. She recommended a hearing test. After the test and the pitch that I was old and all my celia had died so I needed to buy hearing aids, the Dr. said, I can't help you and walked out leaving me...
