The apartment complex is well-maintained and the maintenance worker, John, is one of the nicest and helpful people. He will come and fix anything that you need. The only downside is that there are washers/dryers in the basement, so you have to walk outside of the apartment to get to the laundry. Besides that it is a great apartment.

The apartment itself is very nice and spacious however, the management is horrible and only responds when they have time. They are not professional at all and also work full time elsewhere so this apartment complex is not the priority. Easy access to the train is great though you will pay for it when it comes to poor management.

This was probably a very nice complex once, but is beginning to go downhill. However, I did enjoy my time here. The management is very friendly and easy to deal with, although maintenance is not the greatest.

This complex is under renovations. When you move in there is wall to wall carpeting, new kitchen, new bathroom, new blinds and a great paint job. Management is fantastic. Something doesn't work? Maintence is there to fix it. Parking -Walking distance to Suburban train line making Center City 20 minutes away- pharmacies, restaurants, and a coffee pub.
