I've always tried to shop at locally owned businesses but this store is making it hard. Workers here can really hover I'm not sure if I look like a shop lifter or what but some of the looks can be strange. If you are a woman seeking assistance expect to receive "lady you are stupid" customer service. But that doesn't surprise me coming from a store in a small train and grain town such as Saginaw. Certainly not friendly staff. Next time I will forget all about convenience and spend my money at Home Depot.
Been there several times, since it's just down the street. They never have what I need, and I've been ran out of there when I was just buying tools. Never going there again.
The people make the difference! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their selection of goods is impressive and priced well. Often you pay more to shop local, not here! I would love to rate 5 Star, but they don't sell lumber. :(
