Kenny, Karianne, Jimmy are all awesome trainers. You learn something new everyday. I enjoy all the workouts, they push you to the limit! I've been a member for more than 8mo, I look forward to going to class everyday.

Amazing Effective Full
Body work outs....nothing has worked so well in regards to building upper and lower body strength in such a short period!!!
