This place is far from elite. It's basically a chop shop. If you need a quick fix you might get lucky with the quick part. Otherwise find a real tailor. They take shortcuts and their work does not...

I have used Elite Tailor many times for alterations. They have done everything from just hemming to totally altering formal dresses for me....
