Great Electrolysis, Disaster of a receptionist

I have been to Elite Laser & Skin Care several times and have been very happy with their services. I had been recommended to see Lisa who has been great! I hear Melissa (I believe is her name) is very good too.

However I am very distraught over the receptionist. Who was nasty and made it difficult to make an appointment. I have never before had a receptionist yell at me.

I believe the services you get at Elite Laser are worth it. Hopefully the receptionist will learn how to be professional or get a new job. I'd give a better rating if the receptionist had been polite.

To Janetcj and everyone who reads this. The Groupon was purchased on MARCH 8, 2010 and EXPIRED SEPTEMBER 8, 2010, which give all who purchased, SIX MONTHS to have your service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called Groupon and asked if I gave them each Groupon number of the people who had not used it by Sept. 8th, would they send and email to them to let them know that I would allow them to use it until October 8th for the $45 they purchased it for.
