We had a problem with the even distribution of heat on a house we recently purchased. I understand that with most 2 story houses, the lower floor was going to be cooler than the upper floor but this case was to the extreme. This was not comfortable for our new tenants. There was a 20 degree difference between the upper floor and lower floor. Elite was recomended to us by another 5 star HVAC...

With over 25 years’ experience and having worked for a number of companies throughout Sacramento and the surrounding areas, we opened our doors because we didn’t agree with the dishonesty and lack of morals of the other companies. We took what we didn’t agree within our past employers and threw it out; we then took what we did agree with and improved on it to make it even better.
