These guys are top notch. I had some water damage on my hardwoods and grout discoloration on my tile. This damage was caused after original install of my new house. I called Elite and they were there within 24 hours to evaluate the problem. On the spot, they provided options for a solution and within 3 days my problem was solved. Very professional in appearance and knowledgeable. Great experience!

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. Installers are so unproffesional and unpolite.

Their customer service is the worst thing I have ever experienced as well as their workmanship is horrible. I do not recommend using this company.
