Bringing Bay Ridge an "exceptional" "taste of the Mediterranean", this Greek "neighborhood" fixture produces "perfectly cooked" whole fish and other "innovative" specials; sure, it's a "splurge", but the staff is "hospitable" and there are bonus "outdoor seats" on the garden deck.

Great place eat here around twice a week. Menu items great and daily specials even better. You must try it to appreciate how excellent it is!

Excellent food! The bronzini is great! We also tried one of the specials-grilled calamari salad and it was delicious. I would highly recommend this dish as well as the Greek salad. Service was very good.

Elia opened in 1998 to owners Pete & Christina Lekkas. There goal was to introduce modern Greek cooking to the Bay Ridge, Brooklyn area.They have done so to rave reviews from the local papers as well as zagat reviewers
