Does anyone ever answer the phone at this place??? Everytime I call, no answer.

Stay FAR away! By far the worst shopping experience ever. Placed an order on a Wed...Site claimed item was in stock... Never received updated order status. Customer service is non-exsistant.. They simply DO NOT answer the phone or respond to e-mails... Not sure if this "company" is being run out of a basement or not..but it does appear to be.. Finally on Sat they respond by telling me the item...

Wow! This place is great. I wanted to rent a snare drum for my 12 year old and they accommodated way cheaper that the other music stores in town. As a matter of fact, they sold me a snare kit for less than it would have cost for 3 months of renting a kit. That's freakin' cool. Thanks guys and gals at Elevation Music!
