Elevation (despite the name, a basement restaurant) has been one of our favorite Aspen restaurants for years. The food is always excellent and imaginative. The service is attentive but not intrusive. Besides being a very cool and contemporary restaurant choice in town the food has always been excellent (for few years in a roll) and it is a place to see people, even just hanging in the bar.
