Its an unusual business as it is more casual than you might expect. I heard someone say they brought a TV in a year before and nobody ever picks up the phone. Recently had my Rolex serviced by this company and as always with any items brought in the watch came back like new. 1/3 the price of the Rolex service center in NY. I am very pleased with the service. Will continue to use them.

Not professional. Extremely slow repair time. Promises were made multiple times that it would be done by the end of the day or week, but were never honored. Stereo was repaired by them initially (took about 3 months), but it failed a few weeks later. Brought it back and took almost a 6 months to get it back. Still doesn't work that well. I called them every week about it. they never returned my calls. This is the worst repair business I have ever been to. I dropped my TV off well over a month ago and they told me it would be done in a week, and it's still not back! This business is absolutely terrible at getting anything done in a timely manner.
