I took my sweater to this place in fact took 3 of them and when I got 1 back with all these red stains on the sleeves and in the front area, I tell you what I will not be going there any more. They come back and tell me that the sweater was like that when I brought in to them, I told no sir / ma'am it was not. This doesn't even require a one star.

I had took in some of my dress shirts to Eldorado Cleaners to get pressed and when I picked them up it seemed like they didn't even press them. They were still wrinkled. I would have told them to do it again but I was afraid something may happen to my shirts so I just left. I would definitely not recommend them.

i like there policy that if you dont have your ticket or id you dont get your clothes. that way my clothes are not given to someone else. i find there staff very friendly and helpful on answering any questions i have. I LIKE THE STORE.

Although the cleaning/laundering is fine, the staff is lacking in customer service skills. The place is not computerized and their paper filing system is not effecient. If you do not return with your stub, you may not get your laundery. Do not expect a hello, thank you, or an apology if you are sent home to find the stub so that they can find your clothing.
