I went on a field trip there with my second grade class. They did an excellent job teaching about the creek and Cherokee Indians . Thank you Elachee Nature Center.
Went Friday night around 6PM, August 22, 2014. About a .2 in on Westlake received the wrath of several yellow jackets. Proceeded as we didn't want to go back thru that night mare. Decided pain was bad enough to shorten our night and took a left past the suspension bridge. Wasn't long before we saw a swarm going into a hole in the side of the trail, and decided to go back on dunlap and leave.
