I don't go to Santa Fe often, but when I do, I go to El Parasol. It's delicious! And don't forget to get some posole to-go for later!

The best, freshest Mexican food we've had since San Francisco. Get the tacos and try the posole! should have taken a photo of the food, but I ate it all too quickly.
