We rented twice from El Monte. The first time was a great experience. The second time was terrible. The alarm went off in the middle of the night every single night and we couldn't figure out how to get it to turn off. The heater wasn't working and we were freezing. We also had to pay an extra night even though we didn't need it due to the 3 night minimum.
