I visited the El Jalapeno restaurant on March 9, 2011 at about 1 p.m. Although the address listed on this one is on National Ave, there is another one on 13th and Lincoln (same owner), which is the one I visited. I had the most HORRIBLE experience at this restaurant... I think it's my worst experience at any restaurant I've...

I have been going to this place for quite a few years. No one speaks any English so be prepared but the people are very, very nice and mostly glad to have your business. From what I observe, it is family run, cousins, aunts..could be a Spanish version of some reality show on the food network..anyways order the steak tostada or the Mexican hamburger..
