My wife and I have been looking for good HOMEMADE mexican food here in the PDX metro area for 3 years. We found it at "El Delfin." Their sauce is what sets them apart, they make it from scratch! It is a family owned business and it shows, everyone is pleasant and open about their menu. They get the tortillas from a store next door (that makes them I believe) and their taquitos are not homemade....
