I have made several purchases at this store over the past year. The store is run by a husband and wife team and they are both friendly and knowledgeable. Also, in regards to returns they are great. I purchased a queen bed from them (very few items on display, I purchased bed from a catalog) for my mother and she did not like it after they delivered it/ set it up in her home. I called the store to see if I could return it and they did so with no restocking fee nor questions asked. Great store in my opinion, great prices and I highly recommend them.

I would never recommend this business to anyone. I ordered (online) a mattress and box spring on September 7. It took over 2 weeks for them to even SHIP the order, and then it was damaged, so they had to return it. You'd think if the item was damaged during shipping they would sent a replacement as soon as possible for customer service, but no. It was another 2 weeks before it shipped and again no communication from the company. They never answer emails and phone calls.

I finally received it November 1 but the box springs wouldn't fit up the stairs so I am still waiting for that. I'm...

I am a returning customer that previously wrote a review. This time Hector the owner helped me purchase two sets for my son and daughter. He was so honest, he told that I probably did not need such an expensive mattress for my three year old daughter. Most salesman try to upsell immediatly. This is a small store but the product is excellent and the people running it are beautiful people.
